Hi, I'm Elizabeth. I created The Busy House™ Concierge from a very real place.

Living in the middle of a full life — where everything gets done, but it still takes your time, your energy, and your presence.

As a single mom of two teenagers after my divorce, I was carrying the full weight of a household on my own.

And like many single parents, I wanted help… but I didn't know where to start.

At the same time, I started noticing something. I was naturally helping others around me — especially elders, families, people with disabilities, and those caring for loved ones.

And what I saw was powerful:

  • Parents had more time at the table and could actually connect with their kids.
  • Couples could go out on a date night and reconnect.
  • Caregivers felt supported instead of stretched thin.
  • Business owners had their offices stocked and prepared so they could stay focused on their work and their clients.
  • Families were more present during special moments because the prep was already handled.

And something shifted.

Life felt lighter. Homes felt calmer. People got their time back.

How do I get started?

How does payment for items work?

Before we begin, you'll receive an estimated quote based on your request. Any difference in the actual cost of items will be communicated and settled before delivery. A receipt will be provided upon availability. You're always informed before anything is finalized — no surprises.

How does pricing work?

Monthly plans start at $199/month for Essentials and $349/month for VIP. Want to try it first? Start with a one-week trial for $49. No tips required.

What's the difference between Essentials and VIP?

Essentials is one scheduled weekly run with a standard delivery window. VIP adds flexible scheduling, priority support, larger orders, and monthly home stock-up support.

Are there any extra charges?

Additional charges may apply for heavy items, bulk Costco orders, apartment stair carries, large water or beverage loads, full home stock-ups, and specialty requests. These are always communicated upfront.

Do I need to be home?

No. We coordinate delivery in a way that works best for you. You'll receive text updates throughout.

Can I Cancel?

Yes — month-to-month, no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Due to reserved service capacity, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Can I request ongoing help?

Yes. Many clients use us weekly for consistent support.
